  • Hands-on paid media platform experience in Meta and or Google Ads
  • Strong Shopify knowledge for CRO discussions
  • Experience managing or directing external paid media agencies
  • Strong analytical ability with confidence building views from raw data
  • Ability to connect performance data to creative decisions

Day to day

  • Own paid media strategy across Meta and Google and stay hands-on in campaign platforms
  • Analyse performance using blended metrics such as MER CAC and contribution margin to identify clear growth actions
  • Lead creative strategy by turning data into sharp briefs and working with creative teams to test and improve output
  • Manage the affiliate programme proactively through outreach onboarding relationships and reporting
  • Partner with a CRO agency on Shopify improvements including PDP optimisation UX and checkout flow
