  • Email and SMS lifecycle marketing experience preferably in Klaviyo
  • Ability to manage agencies and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Experience with reporting optimization and product feed management

Day to day

  • Own paid media strategy across Meta Google Pinterest and Bing while managing budgets pacing and investment allocation
  • Analyze CAC ROAS attribution and efficiency metrics to uncover insights and recommend optimizations
  • Lead lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo including automated flows campaigns segmentation SMS growth and customer journey improvements
  • Partner with agency and internal creative teams to ensure campaigns are brand-aligned measurable and effective
  • Manage product feeds reporting and cross-functional marketing execution to support customer acquisition and retention
