Who you are

• Fluent English speaker (C2)
• Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in managing account-based marketing, social media, SEA, and media campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles
• Experience with budget management and achieving high ROI in marketing campaigns

What the job involves

• Develop performance marketing strategies with your line manager and be responsible for the execution across multiple channels, including account-based marketing, social media, SEA, and media.
• Create, monitor, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, testing new approaches, and refining strategies to achieve the best results.
• Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the areas of account-based marketing and SEA.
