Have 1+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
Proven track record in shaping and executing company growth strategies
Experience in customer acquisition, ecommerce, and managing performance marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
Ability to implement testing frameworks, work with small businesses and startups, and travel occasionally for client and founder meetings
What the job involves
Work closely with the performance marketing manager to deliver tactical delivery, channel strategy, and analytics support to client accounts
Contribute to transformational growth strategies and communicate them effectively with the team
Execute marketing strategies and plans, manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, analyze campaign performance, and provide insights for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results
Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget and foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
