  • Full budget ownership experience including spend allocation pacing efficiency reporting and leadership recommendations
  • Rigorous A/B testing mindset across creative audience landing page and offer with fast decision-making
  • Experience identifying launching and evaluating new acquisition channels from scratch
  • Fluency in conversion tracking and attribution setup including GA4 pixel implementation app SDKs UTM architecture and HubSpot pipeline attribution
  • Revenue-first mindset focused on pipeline quality CAC and LTV rather than MQLs or raw lead volume
