Requirements
- 4-7 years in performance marketing or demand generation with direct in-platform campaign management experience
- Proven success scaling a consumer or prosumer mobile app through paid UA channels such as Apple Search Ads Google UAC or Meta
- Strong paid search and paid social fundamentals for B2B audiences with hands-on ad writing audience building and bid management
- Full budget ownership experience including spend allocation pacing efficiency reporting and leadership recommendations
- Rigorous A/B testing mindset across creative audience landing page and offer with fast decision-making
- Experience identifying launching and evaluating new acquisition channels from scratch
- Fluency in conversion tracking and attribution setup including GA4 pixel implementation app SDKs UTM architecture and HubSpot pipeline attribution
- Revenue-first mindset focused on pipeline quality CAC and LTV rather than MQLs or raw lead volume

- Own and execute paid acquisition campaigns across B2B web and mobile app channels with a hands-on approach
