Who you are

• 5+ years’ experience in B2B Growth Marketing focusing on early-stage growth
• Proven track record in crafting marketing strategies and driving lead conversions
• Expertise in managing the B2B lead funnel from MQL to closed deals
• Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and prospecting tools (e.g., Zoominfo, Demandbase)
• Strong project management skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders and campaigns
• Strategic understanding of lead scoring with the ability to analyze data
• Experience working with external agencies and internal content/creative teams
• Ability in planning and maintaining campaign budgets and proving ROI
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
