Who you are
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing focusing on direct response channels
- Proficiency managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and at least one other channel (e.g., affiliate marketing, Connected TV, audio)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, tracking, and attribution
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other optimization techniques
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and third-party ad platforms
- Ability to develop proficiency in SQL, Python, and data-based decision-making.

- Operate direct response marketing campaigns across multiple channels focusing on optimizing and scaling to drive patient acquisition.
- Manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, Connected TV (CTV), and audio platforms.
- Collaborate with the Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to maximize ROI and drive marketing efforts at Talkiatry.
