Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or professional certification.
Proven experience in B2C performance marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Experience in the payments, crypto, or FinTech industry.
Proven track record of growing revenue through optimization of Web2 channels and Web3 ad networks.
Experience with Google/UAC, YouTube, Apple Search Ads, Display/Programmatic DSPs, Facebook/Instagram, and Reddit.
Familiarity with mobile app networks such as Liftoff, Molocco.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and marketing technologies (PowerBi, Amplitude, Tableau, Google Analytics).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decisions.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated success in managing marketing budgets and achieving ROI targets.
Deep understanding of online marketing & eCommerce.
