- Experience with loyalty program management and platform migrations (e.g., FriendBuy, Recharge)
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google indexing strategies
- Excellent content auditing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for improvement
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Day to day
- Lead key initiatives to drive growth, optimize engagement, and enhance customer retention
- Rebuild and optimize Klaviyo email flows and Attentive SMS flows with fresh imagery and enhanced content
- Design and implement new loyalty program aimed at reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value
- Implement strategies to optimize Google indexing for better search visibility
- Audit existing blog content for verbiage consistency and alignment with new brand messaging
