• Experience with loyalty program management and platform migrations (e.g., FriendBuy, Recharge)
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google indexing strategies
• Excellent content auditing and editing skills with attention to detail
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for improvement
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Lead key initiatives to drive growth, optimize engagement, and enhance customer retention
• Rebuild and optimize Klaviyo email flows and Attentive SMS flows with fresh imagery and enhanced content
• Design and implement new loyalty program aimed at reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value
• Implement strategies to optimize Google indexing for better search visibility
• Audit existing blog content for verbiage consistency and alignment with new brand messaging
