What the job involves
The Performance Marketing Specialist is crucial for spearheading initiatives within the Acquisition team to expand panel membership through strategic and data-driven digital marketing campaigns.
This role emphasizes collaboration with various divisions including Analytics, Engagement, and Customer Support, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of acquisition strategies.
Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns aimed at panel membership growth, utilizing data insights for optimization.
Work with Analytics to leverage campaign data, refine and enhance acquisition efforts.
Engage with Engagement division to ensure a cohesive approach to member recruitment.
Identify automation opportunities within acquisition processes to increase efficiency.
Monitor and adjust campaign strategies based on performance metrics and team goals.
Manage the marketing budget, allocate and track funds by acquisition tactic and specialty.
