What the job involves

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on ad optimization, customer and keyword research, and paid media strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, a growth mindset, and proven experience in driving performance across channels like Google Ads, paid social media, and potentially Amazon e-commerce.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, paid social) to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CAC. Conduct in-depth research to understand customer behavior, identify high-performing keywords, and refine targeting strategies. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, focusing on driving conversions and customer acquisition in the health and wellness market.
• Track, analyze, and report the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Lead paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social channels. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Product, and Sales to ensure alignment on campaign goals and execution. Continuously seek new opportunities for optimization and growth, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
