What the job involves
Assist in the preparation and management of NIHL claims, including gathering evidence, preparing legal documents, and liaising with clients and medical professionals.
Conduct detailed legal research on pertinent case law, statutes, and regulations related to occupational hearing loss claims.
Manage communication with clients, providing updates and information on their cases, ensuring a high level of client service and support.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant information is accessible and up-to-date.
Support solicitors in trial preparation, including bundle preparation and witness coordination.
