Day to day

  • Assist in the preparation and management of NIHL claims, including gathering evidence, preparing legal documents, and liaising with clients and medical professionals.
  • Conduct detailed legal research on pertinent case law, statutes, and regulations related to occupational hearing loss claims.
  • Manage communication with clients, providing updates and information on their cases, ensuring a high level of client service and support.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant information is accessible and up-to-date.
  • Support solicitors in trial preparation, including bundle preparation and witness coordination.
  • Liaise with medical experts to obtain and interpret medical reports and other evidence critical to NIHL claims.
  • Help prepare for and attend hearings and settlements, under the supervision of experienced solicitors.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, professional, and ethical standards governing the conduct of legal practices in the UK.
