Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science related field or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of related experience in quality assurance and testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong technical writing ability
- Strong analytical skills problem-solving ability and logical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with onshore and offshore teams
- Ability to work independently and productively
- Adaptable to change and new technologies and processes
- Proactive with a zeal to learn and inquisitive attitude
- SQL querying and database validation experience
- Backend database testing and data validation experience
- Pharmacy technician pharmacy claims adjudication or pharmacy billing experience
- Healthcare or pharmacy operations exposure
- QA testing within transactional systems

Day to day
- Conducts quality assurance testing for complex software applications under general supervision.
- Writes detailed test plans and scripts based on functional requirements and programming specifications.
- Tests software thoroughly documents defects resolves issues and recommends quality improvements.
