Who you are

• Complete understanding of Active Directory and IAM lifecycle within Entra ID
• In-depth knowledge of Office 365 services and migration
• 10+ years' experience in IT industry
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams or Skype for Business
• 5+ years experience with Microsoft 365 and user migration
• 5+ years experience with Azure and Azure Active Directory
• 5+ years experience with Active Directory and cross forest migrations
• Experience with migrations using Quest on Demand
• Experience with carve out scenarios and project management
• Experience with on-premise file server migrations
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills under pressure
• Experience with partners for Modern Workplace solutions
• Experience with scrum and Agile projects
• Experience with ticketing solutions like JIRA

Desirables

• Strong knowledge of O365 end-to-end infrastructure
• Experience with other Microsoft 365 components
• Experience with automation principles
• Software lifecycle management experience
• Business Analyst skills
• Advanced knowledge of Azure Compute, Logic apps, etc.
• Experience with code check-in tools like Azure DevOps
• Creative and pragmatic solution defining
• Analytical mindset and excellent communication skills

What the job involves

• Administer and maintain the migration factory solution
• Improve and optimize data migration processes
• Collaborate with SMEs to support cloud-to-cloud data migration
• Produce end-to-end scripting solutions for complex migration
• Provide analytical and problem resolution abilities under tight deadlines
