Remote Platform Operations Associate Consultant Job in Reading, UK CrowdStrike

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies
• Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with communications and building collaborative relationships
• Experience in computer and network systems security
• Solid analytical/problem solving skills
• Proactive and thorough ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects
• High level of motivation, self-starter, results driven

Desirables

• Experience with Falcon platform, AV, and EDR solutions
• Experience with SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef
• Development knowledge in PowerShell, Python, Bash
• Experience with Host based firewall, File Integrity Management
• Familiarity with SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk
• Understanding of Identity, Active Directory, Azure-AD
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP

What the job involves

• Responsible for planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of CrowdStrike platform and related applications
• Handle all aspects of deployment from initial customer engagement to installation and follow-on support
• Troubleshoot customer issues and assist with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform
