Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 5 years of experience in IT deployments or managing customer engagements
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement process
  • Knowledge of IT and security technologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to present technical content to different audiences
  • Experience with computer and network systems security

Desirables

  • Certifications: CCFA, CCIS, CCCSCRM
  • Experience with system safety and vulnerability management
  • Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and operating systems
  • Knowledge of software deployment tools and technologies
  • Understanding of compliance standards and cloud services



What the job involves

  • Facilitate the customer journey from initial outreach to project wrap up
  • Schedule and coordinate resources for Operational Support projects
  • Manage customer engagement processes and cross-team communications
  • Perform project kickoff covering technical implementation and troubleshooting assistance
  • Manage multiple customer projects daily
  • Conduct post-implementation surveys for customer feedback
  • Work collaboratively with customer IT teams and internal teams
