Remote Platform Operations Manager Job in Sunnyvale, CA CrowdStrike

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances
• 7+ years of professional experience in professional services
• 4+ years of experience in technology and/or SOC leadership
• Experience with a broad range of SaaS technologies across EDR, SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, SOAR
• Proven leadership and ability to mentor
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
• Strong business acumen and discretion
• Knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

• Experience with Vulnerability Management
• Experience with Attack Surface Management
• Experience with IT Automation
• Compliance with CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, HIPAA

• Lead the Residency Services team providing long-term support for the CrowdStrike platform and related applications
• Build, grow, and manage a team focusing on operational platform support and incident response
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve customer-facing collateral and service offerings.
