• Significant hands-on experience with Salesforce, and strong knowledge of ERP and integration technologies

• Proficiency in Salesforce administration, customisation, and integration
• Extensive experience of leading and managing teams and stakeholders

What the job involves

• Oversee and enhance our Salesforce and ERP platforms to align with business goals and drive operational success
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions and platform improvements
• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems, maintaining data consistency and integrity
• Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy, managing projects including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
• Track platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience
• Provide technical leadership, best practices guidance, and support to development teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning
