    What the job involves

    • Oversee and enhance our Salesforce and NetSuite platforms to align with business goals and drive operational success
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions and platform improvements
    • Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce NetSuite and other systems maintaining data consistency and integrity
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive platform strategy managing projects including upgrades migrations and new implementations
    • Track platform performance troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience
    • Provide technical leadership best practices guidance and support to development teams while fostering a culture of continuous learning
