Lead the strategic management and monitoring of multiple production and non-production environments ensuring system reliability and uninterrupted productivity at scale

Act as a technical advisor collaborating with high-profile clients to diagnose and resolve sophisticated technical issues thus elevating their experience with our platform
Spearhead high-impact projects focused on innovation and optimization leveraging cutting-edge technologies and coding expertise to enhance system performance and scalability
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with technical teams and leadership providing expert guidance on issue resolution and supporting strategic projects
Oversee response protocols for system-generated alerts and escalations conducting in-depth root cause analysis and implementing robust preventive measures
Lead the enhancement of monitoring capabilities through the development of custom scripts and the deployment of tools like Terraform Prometheus and Python with a focus on optimizing platform automation and efficiency
Develop and optimize automation scripts to streamline processes reduce manual intervention and increase system reliability. Lead initiatives to enhance platform automation ensuring best practices in code quality and maintainability
