Who you are
Experience in 2nd or 3rd level support for web-based applications
Deep-level knowledge of web platforms and SAAS
Working with APIs
Analyzing problems creatively and independently
Excellent communication and English skills
Creating and delivering presentations
Customer-facing document creation and review
Conflict resolution skills
Familiarity with ITIL framework
Experience with ALM tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
Experience with ERP systems
Reporting experience using ticketing and service delivery tools
Experience with network or console logs
Desirables

Experience with ServiceNow
What the job involves
Providing mentoring and deep level technical and operational support at a Tier 2 level
Coaching and supporting less experienced team members
Managing, triaging, and investigating technical issues to resolution
Assisting in gathering reporting information and managing escalations
Collaborating with Engineering to expedite solutions and triage open issues
Running client calls and brainstorming sessions for issue resolution
Creating summary reports and action plans
Ownership of problem resolution
