Who you are

  • Experience in 2nd or 3rd level support for web-based applications
  • Deep-level knowledge of web platforms and SAAS
  • Working with APIs
  • Analyzing problems creatively and independently
  • Excellent communication and English skills
  • Creating and delivering presentations
  • Customer-facing document creation and review
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework
  • Experience with ALM tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Reporting experience using ticketing and service delivery tools
  • Experience with network or console logs

Desirables

  • ERP system experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow



What the job involves

  • Providing mentoring and deep level technical and operational support at a Tier 2 level
  • Coaching and supporting less experienced team members
  • Managing, triaging, and investigating technical issues to resolution
  • Assisting in gathering reporting information and managing escalations
  • Collaborating with Engineering to expedite solutions and triage open issues
  • Running client calls and brainstorming sessions for issue resolution
  • Creating summary reports and action plans
  • Ownership of problem resolution
