Make data driven recommendations to improve key metrics
Be YouTube Obsessed
Be data driven and analytical

Manage more than 1 client at once

Be resourceful enough to find solutions using initiative
Be an effective communicator

Day to day

Lead the strategy and development for 1-2 leading podcasts
Generate proven video ideas for Podcasts
Create clickable Titles for Episodes, Clips, and Shorts
Work with video editors to ensure high retention
Work with Thumbnail designer to ensure high CTRs
A/B test thumbnails on YouTube and via paid media strategies
Schedule, post, and manage content on YouTube Channels
Build community and engage with comments
