  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems with Propman software being desirable.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage complex financial reports and budgets.

  • Manage and maintain the accuracy and integrity of accounting records for designated portfolios.
  • Prepare year-end accounts including the re-allocation of costs and review of variances.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during audit processes and prepare necessary financial reports and statements.
