Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
- Flexibility and strong self-management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills preferred
- Experience with SIMS or similar grant management systems preferred
- Award management experience preferred

Day to day
- Provide post-award support and expertise to OSVPR units in a high-volume and fast-paced research administration setting
- Review new awards agreements and prepare fund numbers cost centers budget documents budget adjustments and close-out transfers
- Manage subawards financial reports personnel appointments compliance follow-up and special award tracking while resolving issues and improving processes
