What the job involves

• Respond to client assistance requests in a timely manner
• Manage the resolution of both technical and non-technical issues for clients
• Troubleshoot a wide range of technical problems involving hardware applications and operating systems
• Install migrate and upgrade Rave products according to accelerated schedules
• Develop deep knowledge of all Rave products
• Create and review knowledge base documents and FAQs based on issue solutions
• Conduct training sessions on various Rave products and services
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule
