Who you are
- Proven experience in Power BI setup and report development, specifically for financial reporting and analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
What the job involves
- Collaborate with the client to understand their financial reporting needs and objectives
- Set up and configure Power BI systems to align with the client's financial reporting framework
- Design and develop comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports for financial analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Power BI environment
- Provide training and guidance to the client’s team on using Power BI for financial reporting and analysis
- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to integrate financial data sources into Power BI
- Offer ongoing support and enhancements to Power BI reports and dashboards as needed
