- Provide public relations (PR), patient advocacy, and medical communication services to maximize brand and health outcomes using behavioural science methodologies
- Develop and implement evidence-based tools and strategies to understand human emotions, thought processes, and environmental factors
- Manage project timelines, finances, client service, and oversee team members in diverse client work
