Who you are
Extensive experience in technical support or system administration for Linux OS required.
Expert knowledge of Enterprise Linux is essential.
Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in networking.
Comfortable with server virtualization and container technologies like Docker/Kubernetes.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently and manage stressful situations effectively.
Desirables
Red Hat tech experience
Linux certification
What the job involves
Provide expert-level technical support for SUSE Linux and Rancher products.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner.
Act as a liaison and advocate for customers within the SUSE organization.
Proactively monitor and report on customer environments to prevent issues.
Participate in the deployment and support of systems and solutions.
Deliver technical trainings and presentations to customers.
