Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate degree with prior customer support experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Exstream/Streamserve and in-depth technical troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Enterprise DevOps, Hybrid IT Management, Security Risk & Governance, and Predictive Analytics
  • Strong team building and leadership abilities with excellent communication and collaboration skills



What the job involves

  • Work directly with customers on their software environments to provide technical support and ensure high business value
  • Serve as a strategic partner in improving and maintaining customer software investments
  • Be the single point of contact for support incidents and provide timely updates and resolutions
