Who you are

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical support experience in Payments/Fintech.
  • Strong knowledge in REST API, SDK, IP, HTTP, SQL and basic programming or web development skills.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage stress from clients and management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Willingness to work in shifts or take weekend shifts when necessary.

What the job involves

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and knowledge center for Nuvei's products.
  • Resolve technical issues and serve as the main point of contact for Enterprise clients using Salesforce.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance unsigned SLAs and anticipate Enterprise merchant needs.
  • Guide clients in the correct use of Nuvei products while investigating errors and providing in-depth analyses.
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into product enhancements.
