Who you are

• Previous Presales or Technical Client Support experience in a B2B environment
• Direct knowledge or strong passion for Cyber Security/Networks
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely building rapport with clients and stakeholders
• Customer-centric approach understanding clients’ needs
• Experience producing RFP/Tender responses
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience using CRM (Pipedrive)
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Pro-active and enthusiastic with a can do attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good commercial acumen
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
