Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years experience in software industry experience related to technology
5+ years of experience delivering solutions and support to enterprise customers
3+ years of experience managing and leading highly technical teams in a fast-paced environment
1+ years experience with cloud computing technologies
Meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Communication skills and work with executives, including the ability to hold CxO and BDM level discussions, effective interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills

Lead and manage a high-performing team directly supporting top Azure customers in a 24x7x365 environment
Serve as the primary leadership point for accountability and escalation for an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Work with industry-leading companies and partner directly with Azure engineering teams to deliver solutions for mission critical Azure deployments
Split responsibilities between engaging with complex customer issues and managing a team of Azure Cloud Engineers
Foster innovation in automating customer solutions and improving Azure support tooling and diagnostics capabilities
