3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Ability to meet security screening requirements such as Microsoft Cloud background check

Awareness of emerging privacy and data governance regulations
What the job involves
Manage a team of subject matter experts in cybersecurity privacy and regulatory compliance to support our engineering partners via a hub and spoke model to deliver security products and services
Embrace a compliance by design mindset identify systemic gaps and elevate them to the appropriate owners
Understand business priorities and strategies for training and education of security policies and engineering practices to enable customer trust
Work with security teams to meet regulatory requirements and maintain necessary certifications
Provide guidance on compliance-related matters including policy development risk management and incident response
Lead cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and drive continuous improvement in compliance posture
Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Accountable for delivery of measurement frameworks processes and maturity models to improve technical compliance
Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance and regulatory matters
