Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering product/technical program management data analysis or product development OR equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements such as Microsoft Cloud background check

Desirables

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering product/technical program management data analysis or product development
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in coding
  • Awareness of emerging privacy and data governance regulations



What the job involves

  • Manage a team of subject matter experts in cybersecurity privacy and regulatory compliance to support our engineering partners via a hub and spoke model to deliver security products and services
  • Embrace a compliance by design mindset identify systemic gaps and elevate them to the appropriate owners
  • Understand business priorities and strategies for training and education of security policies and engineering practices to enable customer trust
  • Work with security teams to meet regulatory requirements and maintain necessary certifications
  • Provide guidance on compliance-related matters including policy development risk management and incident response
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and drive continuous improvement in compliance posture
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Accountable for delivery of measurement frameworks processes and maturity models to improve technical compliance
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance and regulatory matters
