What the job involves

• Manage highly complex relationships with customers during the Migration phase
• Track and coordinate all aspects of the Migration from start to finish
• Serve as the first level of escalation for the migration team
• Manage deliverables throughout the project, including milestones and schedule
• Develop and maintain consistent standards for project delivery
• Create and communicate status reports for internal and external use
• Oversee project closure and handoff to Account Manager and Help Desk
• Mentor other Customer Owners
