Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 4 years experience in hospital operating rooms or procedural rooms from a clinical technology consultancy or medical device perspective
- Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools
- Experience driving adoption of digital technologies
- Ability to work remotely across multiple time zones in the US and Europe
- Ability to communicate and influence across internal teams and customer departments
- Ability to travel 25-75% as needed to customer sites
- Healthcare IT experience preferred including network configuration and live streaming technologies
- Technical proficiency to understand products and conduct testing with integrated surgical video systems

Day to day
- Lead multiple concurrent full-cycle implementations of the Touch Surgery Ecosystem across major hospital systems, keeping projects on schedule and within budget
- Collaborate closely with surgeons nurses OR managers residents hospital IT and biomedical engineering teams to deliver polished communication and smooth deployments
- Support pre-sales activities go-live readiness and post-go-live adoption by coordinating training hardware testing network configuration and account health action plans
