Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design Product Design Human Computer Interaction User Experience Interaction Design OR equivalent experience AND 8+ years of experience in product or service design
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Experience with accessible inclusive design and implementing human-centered design processes
• Exceptional storytelling ability in multiple mediums
• Ability to break down large complex problems into solvable chunks and manage complexity for global customers
