Requirements
- 5+ years experience in UK residential and commercial building services sector
- Good understanding of residential and commercial buildings
- Full understanding of Building Regulations, British Standards and IET Wiring Regulations
- Ability to undertake lighting calculations using Dialux or Relux software
- Capable of completing electrical cable calculations using Amtech software
- Effective communicator in both written and verbal skills
- Manage time and other electrical team members
- Follow company standards and use standard documents
- Keen eye for detail
- Liaise with staff to ensure targets are met and issues on projects are dealt with
- Preparation and reviewing of drawings completed by internal CAD team
- Fluent in English
Day to day
- Manage and work with the electrical team due to the continued growth of the company
- Demonstrate a passion for electrical engineering in residential and commercial building services sectors
- Communicate effectively with staff and clients and manage time to meet strict deadlines
