Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years as Program Manager or similar leadership role in tech-focused environment
• 7+ years of leadership in technical product or program management guiding strategic initiatives
• 5+ years managing large-scale cross-functional projects building sustainable processes coordinating complex schedules
• 5+ years developing customer-facing presentations
• Experience with project management disciplines scope schedule budget quality risk critical path management

Desirables

• Advanced project management certifications
• 10+ years developing customer-facing presentation
• Experience defining and managing KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses reporting to senior leadership
• Driving innovation at strategic level within large organizations
• Superior written and oral communication skills particularly in executive settings
