- Minimum 8+ years of supporting networking or web security products
- Experience troubleshooting network and performance issues
- Familiarity with tools like Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, SAML tracer
- Experience with protocols like TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, TLS, SMTP, FTP, DNS
- Knowledge of Network Security, VPN technologies, Authentication systems
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent certifications
Desirables
- Experience with Linux, Unix, Free BSD
- Knowledge of Web proxies, Apache, IIS Web Server admin
- Expert certification like CCIE, CCSE, NSE, JNCIE
- Scripting knowledge (SHELL, Python, Perl)

- Solve complex customer issues
- Work with various technical and non-technical professionals including C-level board members
- Troubleshoot complex problems with Operations and Engineering teams
- Provide technical assistance to internal support engineers
- Engage with customers to provide a holistic overview of ongoing issues
