Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration accounting finance or related degree and 6+ years of applicable professional experience.
  • Leadership of projects and activities with peers/coworkers.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and in-depth analytical skills.
  • Analyses of balance sheets
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated focus on data integrity and meeting deadlines with accurate and complete work products.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team structure.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning
  • Experience with balance sheet and income statement.

Day to day

  • Lead the US Defense Segment and ES Sector balance sheet forecast and analysis.
  • Work with the Sector Finance team to deliver balance sheet and related requirements to Electronic Systems Sector Leadership BAE Systems Inc and Plc.
  • Utilize business intelligence to advance the balance sheet forecasting and analysis process.
  • Lead the financial reporting for the US Defense Segment
  • Support all Sector reporting requirements.
