Who you are

• Advanced HCM applications solution consulting experience with Core HR, Payroll, Service Delivery, Talent, Time and Labour/Attendance functions.
• Ability to conduct detailed discovery, account planning and solution mapping.
• Experience in facilitating value-based product/application presentations to enterprise customers.
• Strong relationship-building skills across Oracle, partner ecosystem, and clients.
• Excellent project management skills, leading responses to complex RFPs.

What the job involves

• Support Oracle’s HCM customer growth in UK and Ireland by leveraging expertise in HCM, Payroll, and Talent Management domains.
• Become a specialist in Oracle’s Cloud HCM solution to support the complete employee lifecycle, collaborating to meet sales targets.
• Maintain competitive knowledge, educate customers and partner organizations on Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll solutions, and ensure successful handover from pre-sales to implementation.
