Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in technical training coaching and mentoring
- Proven ability to streamline processes for efficiency
- Degree level education or equivalent experience
- Substantial experience in the relevant field with a relevant professional qualification or Chartership
- Proficiency in data interrogation using Microsoft Excel including Visual Basic programming
- Strong attention to detail verbal and written communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Valid driving licence

Day to day
- Develop, calibrate, validate, maintain and use hydraulic models for root cause analysis and system performance understanding
- Provide technical training coaching and mentoring while driving technical improvements and leadership within the team
- Manage stakeholders deliver quality modelling outputs support decision making and develop TOTEX solutions to improve outcomes
- Use modelling results to support design teams challenge approaches and foster innovation and continuous improvement
