Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in technical training coaching and mentoring
- Proven ability to streamline processes for efficiency
- Degree level education or equivalent experience
- Substantial experience in the relevant field ideally with a relevant professional qualification or Chartership
- Proficiency in data interrogation using Microsoft Excel including Visual Basic programming
- Strong attention to detail verbal and written communication skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Valid driving license
- Proficiency in InfoWorks ICM Risk Master InfoAsset Manager MapInfo and ArcGIS
- Experience in model development verification river modelling water quality modelling and solution development
- Excellent understanding of hydraulics and water quality standards
- Practical understanding of option buildability

Day to day
- Develop, calibrate, validate, maintain and use hydraulic models to support root cause analysis, system understanding and risk communication.

- Manage stakeholders proactively, deliver high-quality modelling outputs and support decision-making with confident, data-led recommendations.
