Requirements
- High-level technical competency with significant experience in a related field.
- Minimum qualification of HNC education level or higher.
- Proven ability to innovate and develop new ideas.
- Strong experience in managing stakeholders and preparing project documentation.
- Deep knowledge of drawing standards such as BS8888 and ISO-GPS (ISO 8015).
- Extensive experience in design manufacture material selection welding fabrication and machining techniques.
- Demonstrable expertise in DFMEA and PFMEA.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Day to day
- Support requirements capture while managing and challenging existing waste container and interface equipment specifications.
- Assist in engineering activities as per the directives of the engineering manager.
- Mentor and provide guidance to senior engineers and designers in various projects.
- Involved in defining product requirements and understanding tolerances on interface drawings.
- Compile and manage Component Requirements Documents effectively.
- Support site surveys and contribute to the production and review of survey reports.
- Assist in both Design and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA/PFMEA).
- Review and check the accuracy of technical drawings and documents.
- Deploy Lessons Learned from Experience (LFE) to improve technical tasks.
