Who you are

  • Should have completed at least two full implementation projects in Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR)
  • Experience in running workshops including process walkthroughs design sessions knowledge transfer and test related sessions
  • Collaborative dynamic and flexible attitude with the ability to support and coach other members of the team
  • Experience of Performance managing and supporting development of other team members
  • Ability to work effectively with end users remotely
  • Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills
  • Ability to document solutions clearly and share knowledge freely within the Cloud community

Desirables

  • Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
  • CIPD or Change Management qualifications



What the job involves

  • Offer expert advice to Customers regarding Oracle HCM Cloud processes procedures configuration options and roadmaps
  • Design build and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR) implementations to meet business process and application requirements
  • Conduct workshops to advise clients on the best practices for adoption of the solution
  • Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions
  • Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design (including process maps and configuration workbooks)
  • Support/deliver knowledge transfer sessions to Clients
  • Work with and support peers on Cloud Practice development initiatives
  • Assist in pre-sales activities
