- Proven experience managing complex technical initiatives from ideation through execution

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences

Day to day
- Identify and activate strategic technology partnerships across AI and enterprise infrastructure ecosystems to expand MongoDB’s reach and relevance
- Collaborate closely with Product Sales Pre-Sales Marketing and Legal teams to shape integrations joint value propositions and co-selling motions
- Track partnership performance using clear metrics refine strategy from data and represent MongoDB at industry events and partner communities
