• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role
• Proven experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology industries
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Deep understanding of market research techniques and data analysis
• Experience with product management and product lifecycle management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of building and guiding high-performing teams
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
