Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related technical field with 10+ years of experience in analytical, data science, or consulting background
• Experience with experimental design, statistical methods, Python, SQL, and cloud environments
• Strong communication skills to convey complex topics to non-technical audiences
• Passion, drive, and a deep sense of responsibility in building systems for safety

Desirables

• Master's degree or PhD in quantitative field
• Actuarial qualification
• Experience in insurance and/or cybersecurity industries
• Ownership or participation in open source projects
• Experience with cybersecurity data

What the job involves

• Lead cross-functional projects using quantitative analysis and advanced data modeling to discover insights that will guide strategic operational decisions and uncover optimization opportunities
• Lead the design and delivery of data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key product decisions
• Train/mentor junior employees and contribute to the culture of data excellence by bringing best practices and processes to the organization.
