• Hands-on experience in implementing security solutions and risk identification
• Effective communication skills for teaching and advocacy within an engineering organization
• Proficiency in managing compliance processes and working with external parties
• Experience with implementing security policies via code, preferably in a modern .NET environment
• Cloud experience, preferably in Azure or significant experience with AWS
• Ability to solve complex problems and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
• Experience in compliance processes for a public/multinational company
• Previous involvement in a green or blue team is an advantage
