What the job involves

• Create and document architectures for Cint’s product suites
• Contribute and establish engineering standards and drive design reviews and RFCs across distributed teams and with peers across the org
• Contribute to architecture roadmap and technical solutions for new and existing functionality by extensively collaborating with other principal engineers
• Develop high-quality code establish development standards and practice by example
• Provide guidance and support across Distributed teams across EU North and South America
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to analyze and suggest solutions based on requirements
• Identify and document non-functional and technical requirements (architectural enablers) Advocate for their value and negotiate with Product Management to prioritize architectural work
• Investigate technical options and build proof of concept examples to evaluate technologies
• Participate in build versus buy analysis
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other team members to ensure the team's success
• Review engineers' work and make observations
